After almost 2 years of crossfitting....
you would think I know how to take care of my calluses by now. My hands are ridiculous. I am in need of a serious manicure and while I’m at it a pedicure too. I’ll have to explain to them how I lost my big toenail to a 45 pound plate though. Crossfit casualty lol.

January Goals Revisited
