No more playing around....
Hot yoga tomorrow because my body is begging for it. My muscles are screaming for some relaxation. After my coffee date I’m going to have a great lunch, hydrate plenty and get my sweat on, hot yoga style. I hope this helps me get back into my swing of things.

Nasty Northeast Throwdown Event 2
So many amazing athletes, is the first thing that comes to mind when I reflect back on the second event. The workout was insane, the competitors were fierce, and the judges/volunteers were supportive. The day couldn’t have been anymore awesome! Lots of stretching and skills and drills

As if the throwdown wasnt enough.....
I wodded today. I know crazy but so did two other members on my team lol. I only did half of today’s workout. Nasty Northeast Throwdown Event 1
Yesterday was the first event of the Nasty Northeast Throwdown at Manasquan Beach. There were 18 teams present for this first event. We also had a  9/11 memorial tribute and it was very nice. Today, on the 10th anniversary of 9/11 we worked out in memory of all those who put their lives on the line for this country. It was the first competition of the Nasty Northeast Throwdown. Back to Yoga

Picture Time!
Tomorrow is a heavy strength day so I will not be able to do the workout due to Oly. Wednesday in Oly we are drilling heavy out of the bottom of front squats so that means no heavy lifting tomorrow or Wednesday. Tomorrow I will take pictures of my fellow badasses. :)

Today we wodded in honor of fallen soldiers. There was blood and sweat sacrificed today but the ultimate sacrifice was that of soldiers who lost their lives on 8/6/11. It was an honor to watch my fellow crossfitters participate in this WOD today. There was so much hard work put in by everyone who participated.

Holy Sore Quads!
Sitting down and getting up was rough yesterday, the soreness kept creeping in and I was moving all day!
